We currently do not have a limit on the number of recipes you can save in your account. However we do limit the number of unpublished recipes you can have to 3 if you are using a free account tier.

If you are looking for an ingredient but cannot find it you can try the following:

• Try searching for a synonym of the ingredient
• Try searching for the ingredient name in another language
• Request an ingredient to be added

Many ingredients are known by different names or terms depending on locality, country, ingredient content or other reasons. We try our best to accomodate ingredient requests but cannot guarantee that the ingredient you request will be added to the database.

No, we currently do not have any affiliate program.

We do not offer a free trial on our paid account tiers. However you have access to most of the features in the free account tier and we recommend you try the basic account first before signing up for a paid tier.

If you cannot access your account and you have not received a notification that your account has been blocked you may try the following:

• Reset your password
• Reset your email by requesting a password reset with your recovery email

If you still are not able to access your account you have the following options:

• If you are subscribing to a paid account tier or have subscribed to a paid account tier within the last 2 years, you must send us a written letter containing the following information:
  • Your account user name
  • The main email adress for the account
  • A copy of a valid photo ID where the same name is visible that was used in the billing information when starting the subscription
  • A statement containing your last paid invoice number
  • The billing adress used when starting the subscription
  • Your written signature
  • In case you have lost access to your email, an email adress that we can connect to your account

• If you are using a free account and have never subscribed to a paid account tier we unfortunately do not have enough specific information to verify that you are the account holder. In this case we recommend you create a new account.

If you have not made any changes to your account but receive an email that your account details have changed please contact us immediately.

You can change your email address in your account settings. In order to save the change you have to enter your password and in case you have enabled 2FA authentication you will also have to use one of the 2FA methods to save the change.

You can change your password in your account settings. Please always ensure that your password is stored secure and not available to others. Please do not reuse passwords that you are using somewhere else.

We would be sad to see you leave but if you have decided to delete your account you can do so in your account settings.

Please note that an account cancellation is final. We can not restore deleted accounts.
