• How do i delete a menu?

    If your menu is not yet queued for publishment or published you can delete your menu by clicking the "Trashcan" icon on the menu page or for the corresponding menu in your account and confirm the deletion in the popup.

    Published menus can not be deleted since they may be used by other users.

  • How do i search for menus?

    When visiting the homepage, click the double knives icon next to the search bar to switch between searching for menus and recipes. If you have allowed cookies to be set in your browser the selection will be saved until you change it by clicking the icon again.

  • How many recipes can i have?

    We currently do not have a limit on the number of recipes you can save in your account. However we do limit the number of unpublished recipes you can have to 3 if you are using a free account tier.

  • I can't find an ingredient

    If you are looking for an ingredient but cannot find it you can try the following:

    Many ingredients are known by different names or terms depending on locality, country, ingredient content or other reasons. We try our best to accomodate ingredient requests but cannot guarantee that the ingredient you request will be added to the database.

  • Do you have an affiliate program?

    No, we currently do not have any affiliate program.

  • Is there a free trial?

    We do not offer a free trial on our paid account tiers. However you have access to most of the features in the free account tier and we recommend you try the basic account first before signing up for a paid tier.

  • I can't sign in to my account

    If you cannot access your account and you have not received a notification that your account has been blocked you may try the following:

  • I received an email that my account details have changed

    If you have not made any changes to your account but receive an email that your account details have changed please contact us immediately.

  • How do I change my email?

    You can change your email address in your account settings. In order to save the change you have to enter your password and in case you have enabled 2FA authentication you will also have to use one of the 2FA methods to save the change.
