Recipe description
These go great together with some roasted potatoes or just plain rice!
Instructions
- Cut the top off the peppers and clean them out. 
- Chop the onions. 
- Preheat the oven to 180C 350F. 
- Cook the rice. 
- Mix the meat, cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chopped onions and fry on medium heat in some olive oil in a sauce pan. 
- Fill the bell peppers with the mix. Grease an oven safe form with some olive oil, put the stuffed peppers in it and bake them for about 30mins.
