Swedish Pannbiffar with cooked potatoes and cheesesalad

Recipe description
The cheesesalad is a nice twist to a swedish classic. Perfekt as a regular day lunch!
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes. Fill a pot with water. Add salt and cook the potatoes until they are soft. 
- Cut the cheese, bell peppers and cucumber into small pieces and mix with the corn, mayonnaise, creme fraiche and salt. Place it in the fridge until it is served. 
- Chop the onions and mix them with the minced meat, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed. 
- Wet your hands in cold water before forming the patties. That way they wont stick as much to your fingers. 
- Fry the patties on medium heat in the butter until they are well done. 
- Chop the parsley to garnish with.
