Receptbeskrivning
A hearty pumpkin creme soup to enjoy on a rainy day.
Tillberedning
- Peel and chop onion, garlic, potato and put in a pot together with the pumpkin, butter and nutmeg. Cook on medium to high heat for 15-20 mins. Add some water if needed. 
- Adjust taste with salt and pepper. 
- Puree the soup with a stick blender and serve immediately. 
- Garnish with cream and the rusks.
