Receptbeskrivning
Great stew to have as backup when you need something quick. Easy to freeze, easy to reheat.
Tillberedning
- Cut the sausages into slices and fry them lightly in a pot with some butter until they get some color. 
- Chop the onions, carrots and potatoes. Add them to the fried sausage slices. Add the leek, water and spices. 
- Bring the water to boil and then let simmer for 30mins or until the potatoes and carrots have become soft.
